Location: Kallithea, Halkidiki, Greece
We welcome you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay at Amelia. To ensure all our guests experience comfort and tranquility, we have established the following house rules and policies:
Quiet Hours:
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we have designated quiet hours as follows:
Mid-day quiet hours: 14:30 PM to 17:00 PM
Night quiet hours: 00:00 AM to 06:00 AM
During these hours, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum, including loud music, conversations, and other activities that may disturb others.
Respect for Neighbors:
We ask that all guests be considerate of neighbors, both within the building and in the surrounding area. Please avoid any disruptive behavior at all times.
General Conduct:
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other tenants and property staff. Any behavior that causes distress or discomfort to others will not be tolerated and may result in eviction.
Noise Complaints:
Should any noise complaints be received during the designated quiet hours, guests will be politely reminded of the policy. Repeated violations may result in a fine or removal from the property.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is from 14:00 pm, and check-out time is by 10:00 am. We kindly ask that you respect these times to ensure smooth transitions for all guests.
Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. Please inform us immediately if any issues arise.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Please use designated smoking areas if available (balcony and patio).
Pets:
Pets are allowed in the apartment.
